Each wine is the result of a balanced marriage of Corsican soils that express in the most beautiful way the flavors of the island grape varieties.
Granites, schists, clays, sands, limestones… soils and subsoils with an identity expression.
These plot selections were born from my desire to make you read “the Book of Corsican Terroirs” in a few sips.

Only a few rows of vines are selected on each plot.
The most perfect grapes are picked, harvested at a precise maturity.
Each plot are vinified and aged separately, and its soil origin recorded.

Parcellar Vinification
Each plot of the ALPA selection is followed by vinification that is also plot-by-plot.
This guarantees scrupulous respect for the origin, meticulous traceability of the grapes and exhaustive knowledge of the fruit of practically each row of vines.
This method also gives us the opportunity to preserve the natural balance specific to each plot. Thus, the vine is protected from any external influence: each of our vintages intrinsically reveals the height of its character.

Each type of soil brings a particular expression to the wine. Structure, tannic structure, minerality, body, freshness…
The contents of the vats are subjected to daily tasting, and methodically classified by family of aromas, flavors and temperaments…
The ideal balance is revealed over the course of tastings, until the final choice of blend.
